HQ777 Terms and Conditions

01 Introduction

Welcome to HQ777. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and HQ777 governing your access to and use of the platform at hq777.vu, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, the mobile app and any other services offered through the platform.

By accessing the HQ777 website or app, creating a player account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

02 Eligibility

To register and use HQ777 you must meet the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. HQ777 does not permit access to minors under any circumstances. If it is found that a player registered while underage, the account will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual player for personal recreational purposes. Corporate accounts and institutional use are not permitted.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on HQ777 or have an active account suspension in place. If you have previously self-excluded, contact support before attempting to register again.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false details — including date of birth, name or contact information — is a breach of these terms and grounds for account closure.
• You must not register or operate more than one HQ777 account. Multiple accounts are prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended and any balances or bonuses held pending investigation.

HQ777 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any time. Players may be asked to provide supporting documentation to confirm eligibility before withdrawals are processed or at any point during the account lifecycle.

03 Account Registration

Creating a player account on HQ777 is free. During registration you will be asked to provide your name, a valid email address and a password. You may also be asked for a mobile number linked to your JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet for verification purposes.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided at registration is accurate and up to date. If any of your details change — particularly your email address or contact number — you should update your account profile promptly.

• One account per person, per household and per device is permitted.
• Accounts created using temporary email services or virtual numbers may be rejected.
• You are solely responsible for all activity carried out under your account credentials.
• You must not share your login details with any other person.
• HQ777 staff will never ask you for your password. If anyone claiming to be from HQ777 requests your password, do not provide it and contact support immediately.

HQ777 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to a dormancy policy, details of which will be communicated by email before any action is taken.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on HQ777 are processed in PKR. The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant transfers, standard bank transfers, debit cards, credit cards and other mobile wallets available in Pakistan. The full list of currently supported methods is shown in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to your HQ777 account immediately in most cases. Bank transfers and Raast payments may take slightly longer depending on the sending institution. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed clearly in the cashier before you confirm any transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. HQ777 may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal — this is standard procedure and is in place to protect player funds. Withdrawal processing times vary by method:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa: typically processed quickly once verification is complete.
• Raast transfers: subject to standard Pakistan banking processing times.
• Bank transfers: processing may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank.

Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment details they provide for withdrawals are accurate. HQ777 cannot be held responsible for funds sent to an incorrect account number or mobile wallet provided by the player. Any funds lost due to incorrect player-provided details cannot be recovered or reimbursed by HQ777.

HQ777 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of verification checks or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. In cases where fraud or money laundering is suspected, HQ777 may freeze account balances and cooperate with relevant authorities as required.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

HQ777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome deposit bonuses, reload offers, free Bingo tickets, sports betting free bets, cashback promotions and event-specific offers during PSL season and major cricket tournaments. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are displayed alongside the offer on the Promotions page.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the offer terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states that it can be combined with another offer.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• Time limits apply to all bonuses. If a bonus expires before wagering requirements are met, the remaining bonus balance and any winnings generated from it will be removed from the account.
• HQ777 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players with an active bonus at the time of withdrawal of a promotion will not be affected mid-bonus.

Bonus abuse: Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements in a manner inconsistent with normal play, or coordinating with other players — constitutes bonus abuse. HQ777 may void bonuses, cancel winnings and close accounts where abuse is detected.

06 Games & Betting Rules

HQ777 offers a range of gaming products including online slots, live casino table games, fish shooting games, Bingo rooms and a sportsbook covering cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, Esports and other markets. Each product category operates under its own specific rules which are available within the relevant game or betting section of the platform.

General rules applicable across all gaming products:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified systems. HQ777 does not manipulate or interfere with game outcomes in favour of or against any individual player.
• Bets placed and accepted are final. Once a sports bet is confirmed or a game round begins, cancellation is not possible except where specifically permitted by the relevant game or market rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game, market and player account tier. These are displayed within each game or betting market.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round or live bet — such as a disconnection or server error — the outcome will be determined based on available records at the time of the failure. HQ777 is not liable for interrupted sessions caused by the player's own internet connection or device issues.
• The use of automated betting tools, bots, scripts or any software that automates play or decision-making is strictly prohibited across all HQ777 products.

For sports betting specifically, HQ777 reserves the right to void markets in exceptional circumstances — including but not limited to clear pricing errors, match abandonment or the emergence of information that materially affects the integrity of a market after it was offered. In such cases bets are returned to the player's wallet at the original stake amount in PKR.

07 Player Conduct

HQ777 expects all players to use the platform in good faith and to treat other players, chat participants and support staff with respect. The following conduct is prohibited on the platform and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using abusive, threatening, discriminatory or offensive language in any chat function, support interaction or community feature on the platform.
• Attempting to collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Impersonating HQ777 staff, other players or any third party.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of fraud, money laundering or other financial crime through the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not legitimate and will be reversed.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your HQ777 account to any other person.

HQ777 may share information with relevant authorities where conduct on the platform raises concerns about financial crime or the safety of other users. This is done in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

08 Account Security & Privacy

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your HQ777 account credentials. This includes your email address, password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. Do not share these with anyone.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact HQ777 support immediately. We will temporarily freeze your account while the situation is investigated to prevent further unauthorised activity.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

HQ777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse or money laundering.
• Use of automated tools, bots or prohibited software.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Account inactivity for an extended period in accordance with the dormancy policy communicated to the player.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance held will be preserved during the investigation period. If the account is closed following investigation for a breach of these terms, HQ777 reserves the right to withhold any balance where it is connected to the breach — for example, bonus funds obtained through abuse or winnings derived from fraudulent activity.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily can do so by contacting support. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method in PKR after standard processing checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned on voluntary closure.

10 Limitation of Liability

HQ777 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from downtime, errors or interruptions at all times.

HQ777 is not liable for:

• Any financial loss resulting from the player's own decisions in placing bets or participating in games.
• Losses caused by internet connectivity failures, device issues or power outages on the player's side.
• Errors in player-provided payment details that result in misdirected funds.
• Technical errors caused by third-party game providers where HQ777 has acted reasonably in addressing the issue.
• Delay in processing transactions caused by third-party payment processors including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking institutions.

In any case where HQ777 is found to be liable to a player, the maximum liability is limited to the value of the player's account balance at the time the issue arose. HQ777 does not accept liability for indirect, consequential or punitive losses of any kind.

11 Responsible Gaming

HQ777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and should never be treated as a way to generate income or recover financial losses.
